46 MM thick Composite Metal Fire Doors of 120 minutes (2 Hrs.) Fire Rating.
DOOR FRAME: - Double / Single Rebate profile of size 143 MM X 57 MM made out of 16 gauge thick galvanized steel sheets, finally finished with stove zinc chromate (etched “H”) primer coating, with anti- corrosive pure polyester thermosetting polyurethane aliphatic grade 120 MICRON paint of approved color/shade.
DOOR SHUTTER:- 46 mm thick Door leaf shall be manufactured from 2 nos. 18guage thick galvanized steel sheets finished with weld less lock seam joints for a dent free, seamless finish with fire rated infill material for 120 min. fire resistant rating confirming to BS: 476 part 22 & IS- 3614 part-II also G.I- Steel sheets with lock seam joints at site edges and internal reinforcement at top, bottom and side edges for fire rating. Finally finished with stove zinc chromate (etched “H” ) primer coating, with anti- corrosive pure polyester thermosetting polyurethane aliphatic grade 120 MICRON paint of approved color/shade, the door leaf and frame shall have passed minimum 250 hours of salt spray test.

DOOR FRAME: -Wooden Fire Door Frame of Section 145 X 70 mm with heat activated intumescent fire seal strip of section 10 X 4 mm (Seal Z- U.K) & one coat of anti-termite fire retardant primer.
DOOR SHUTTER:- 55 mm thick asbestos free composite Fire/ Smoke check wooden shutters of 120 min. fire resistant rating confirming to BS: 476 part 22 & IS- 3614 part-II comprising two nos. of calcium silicate boards having density not less than : ≤ 1150 Kg/M3 & thermal conductivity 0.13 Kcal/hr mC/ and alkalinity: pH=10. With sandwiching 27 mm thick fire resistance insulation filler coated with FR silicon sealant and faced with 4 mm thick commercial ply on both side with heat activated intumescent fire seal strip of size 10 X4 mm (Seal Z – U.K) mounted in the grooves of hardwood lipping on all sides except bottom.

The infill material shall be FIRE RATED ACRYLIC SEALANT & NON - COMBUSTIBLE MARITAL WITH LOCKS EAMJOINTS AT STILEEDGES & INTERNAL REINFORCEMENT AT TOP, BOTTOM, STILEDGES FOR FIRE RATING. SUITABLE FOR 2 HRS. FIRE RATING FOR STABILITY & INTEGRITY.
The Door (Frame + Shutter) edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mms. Fire Rated Vision Glass should be 0.6mm thick applicable should be provided as per manufacturer’s recommendation with abeading and screws from inside.
All doors and frames shallbe finished with stove zinc phosphate etched primer coating, with anti-corrosive pure polyester thermo setting poly urethanealiphatic grade120 MICRON fire rated paint of off white color.
Technical Feature General Purpose Steel Door. ( SS Series )
Frame: To be made by 16 SWG Steel Sheet edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm by high quality computerized bending machine for an overall dimension of 125x60mm and fixing to RCC wall by 8 NOS. MSFASTNER OF SIZE- 10X125 MM. As per IS-4351
hutter : To be made from 18 SWG Steel Sheet bent to form hollow box of40mm over all thickness welded at meeting with 6 mm thick MS flat all along the perimeter forming square edges at corners and braced with channel shaped 35 mm wide 16 SWGSteel Sheet horizontal stiffener @ 500 mm max, including SS BB hinges. As per IS-4351
FINAL FINISH: - All doors and frames shall be finished with grinder & one coat of primer.
Technical Feature Fire Rated Wire Glass
Fire Rated Wire Glass should be 6.8 mm thick as per E.N standard E.N- 13501-2:2007, with light transmission ratio – 92 %. & fire rating which can also withstand thermal shock capacity, used as a glazing and is to be fixed in between the glass beading by using ceramic fiber and fire rated acrylic sealant in accordance with BS: 476 part 22 for fire rating for stability and integrity.
Technical Feature Fire Rated Clear Glass
Fire Rated Clear Glass should be 6 mm thick as per E.N standard E.N-364-1:1999,& ASTME-152-81a. fire rating which can also withstand thermal shock up to 1100 degree C, G-Value- 90%, UG Value-5.8 [K/WM2], used as a glazing and is to be fixed in between the glass beading by using ceramic fiber and fire rated acrylic sealant in accordance with BS: 476 part 22 : 1987 for fire rating for stability and integrity.
